Cosmo DeNicola - Chairman Cosmo has 30 years experience as an entreprenuer, owning and managing a portfolio of technology companies throughout North America. The formation of MKS&D marked Cosmo's first major entree into the film and television industry, though he has made prior investments including film, theater and music productions. In 2010, Cosmo acquired an ownership stake in the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League. |

Jeff Mitchell - Board Member After ten years as a successful actor, having appeared Off Broadway, on numerous soap operas, in various films and in over 200 television commercials, Jeff decided to pursue other opportunities in the entertainment industry. After working as a casting assistant at Deborah Brown Casting, Jeff left that position to establish and run the voice-over department at Kronick & Kelly, one of the largest talent agencies for young people (now a division of Abrams Artists). Jeff has a bachelor's degree in acting and psychology from New York University.
In March of 1986, Jeff established J. Mitchell Management, a personal management company for representation in film, television, theater and commercials. At that time, Jeff was the youngest talent representative to own his own company. Since then J. Mitchell Management grew to be one of the premiere talent management firms in the country representing artists in both NY and Los Angeles.
In March of 2011 Jeff entered into a partnership with Cosmo DeNicola to form MKS&D. Jeff has relocated to Los Angeles to drive business expansion and client services in the heart of the film and television industry. |

Janet DeNicola- Board Member Janet DeNicola is a technology entrepreneur, and owner of two national IT companies, Futura Services, Inc. and Futura Healthcare Technology, LLC. Janet is an active member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women's Presidents' Organization. From developing the strategic plan to overseeing the financial management of her companies, Janet has assembled a world-class organization to meet the ever-changing needs of Futura's customers. Janet is also an active investor in film, theater and music productions. |
